I use old programs and I expect them to do this from time to time (they even did it in windows 98). I then was told that there were some programs running. I had to bit the bullet and to to restart. I had the task bar (at the bottom that shows running programs). I then did the control-alt-delete and asked for the task manager. It was working but then it didn't respond. I recently had a program (Axis and Allies) that runs in windows 95/98 stop working. I am still trying to get one app but I have somethings I need to do first.
